Year 3

Foundations

2 hours English plus 2 hours Maths weekly. Secure foundations in reading, writing, and maths. Ready pupils ease into Year 4 topics.

Year 4

Skill Building

2 hours English plus 2 hours Maths weekly. Deeper study, more independence, gradually moving into Year 5 and 6 work.

Year 5

11+ Preparation

Reading Boys track: 3 hours English, 3 hours Maths, 3 hours Key Stage 2 and Creative Writing for the FSCE exam. Kendrick track: 3 hours English and Verbal Reasoning, 3 hours Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Mock exams included.

Year 6

SATs and Final Prep

SATs covering reading, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and maths, or final Kendrick preparation ahead of the September exam. Summer crash course available.
